A love for the abstract

In recent times I've come to love abstract art, and in particular tasteful street art. I say tasteful because spraying your gang name on a wall isn't art... its graffiti...

There are a couple of French artists who I absolutely love... Their names: Nemo and André Renoux...

I don't know if many people will relate to this, but I've had this lithograph hanging in my house for my whole life. However up until this year I've never appreciated its beauty and value. It is a lithograph of Miles Davis before he died painted by Renoux.

Nemo is a French street artist. I've fallen in love with his style! His works are very simplistic with reoccurring characters, such as red umbrellas, briefcases, cats, balloons and a silhouette of a man.
